I am Chris Lawrence, the Real Estate Broker of Trillionaire Realty. I am married with 6 children (I know, crazy) and we do mission trips to Africa every few years.
About Trillionaire Realty
I started Trillionaire Realty back in 2005 (was called Trillionaire Assets at that time) in Houston, TX. I was licensed in 2000 and became a broker in 2005. I have always primarily listed and sold REO properties. I expanded to the West Coast of the US in 2017. I further expanded to the East Coast, Midwest, South, and Southeast in 2020 (good use of lock down time, right?). I am the Broker/Owner of Trillionaire Realty in all 32 states (which requires LOTS of CE 
).
I have sold over 12,000 REO properties in my career and have worked for hundreds of banks, servicers, GSEs, and other clients.
I have an administrative team, and we all work across all markets in handling the tremendous administrative task that comes with selling default properties.
Opportunity
Listing Agents: We have limited opportunities for listing agents. Our listing agents will list and sell REO properties for our default clients. The responsibility is shared as the administrative side is almost entirely handled by the admin team. The listing agent will handle valuations, visiting the property, monthly status reports, etc.
Buyer Agents: We are always looking for talented buyer agents who can help the buyers that are interested in our foreclosure properties. We typically generate a lot of leads from sign calls, internet, etc.
The ideal candidate is an agent who is loyal, diligent, follows written instructions, and is responsive to our phone calls, text, etc.
